Breakfast At Castle Country House

Castle Country House bed and breakfast offers our guests a taste of Ireland when they sit down at our breakfast table. Our food is sourced on our own farm and in the villages of West Waterford. We are more than happy to do special menus for people with health problems and vegetarians.

From The Oven

Traditional Irish Fry with bacon, sausage, egg (prepared to your liking), mushrooms and tomato.

Baked Cappoquin ham and poached eggs, served with either a hollandaise sauce or Kilmeaden cheese.

Irish oak smoked salmon served with scrambled eggs and garnished with a sprig of fennel.

Grilled banana wrapped in bacon served on our own lightly toasted brown bread.

Pancakes served with your choice of seasonal fruits or maple syrup
